MY NEW YEAR'S PRAYER

In the beginning of this year
I come to Thee with trembling knees
and confess that I am so scared
Facing a new year with multitude of uncertainties
in a dying world 

Strengthen me, o Lord and
help me to stand
Make me turn my eyes upon Thee
and remember that
You will always be there with me
